The 31st Annual Playboy Jazz Festival is coming to town.

On June 13th and 14th, VTech and Playboy bring you jazz at its best at the Hollywood Bowl.

This legendary event is back to continues its musical tradition of featuring some of the biggest names in jazz along with jazz’s brightest new stars and future headliners.

The ever soulful Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings along with Esperanza Spalding are among seven acts that will be making their debut appearance at this year’s festival. And back for his 28th year as Master of Ceremonies is Bill Cosby.

Among the performers at this year’s event are the Wayne Shorter Quartet, Kenny G, Patti Austin, Jon Faddis, and the Neville Brothers. This year will also have a special 50th anniversary tribute to Miles Davis’ landmark album “Kind of Blue” on June 13th. Leading the tribute will be Jimmy Cobb, who is the only surviving member from the original recording.
